Series Overview

Sougo Tokiwa dreams of becoming a king. When time travelers from 2068 arrive to stop him from becoming the demon king Ohma Zi-O, he instead chooses to collect the powers of past Heisei Riders using Ridewatches. Zi-O is a love letter to the entire Heisei era, featuring returning Riders and celebrating 20 years of the franchise.
